SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
Must have:            AutoCAD/ Autodesk Plant 3D/ CADWorx
Good to have:       MicroStation, Intools,

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Instrumentation Designer shall be responsible for the following activities but not limited to:

• Preparation of Location Plans
• Preparation of Wiring/Loop diagrams
• Preparation of Hook up drawings
• Preparation MTOs
• Layouts- cable tray, conduit, air supply.
• Should have the capacity to understand P&IDs
• Experience in Detailed Engineering deliverables using Auto Cad such as JB grouping & wiring, Routing Layouts, extraction from 3D models etc
• Experience of preparing control room and analyzer room layout
• Must be able to interface and work with other disciplines for the finalization of cable tray layout and other instrument design deliverables.
• Knowledge of Area classification
• Working knowledge of NEMA, NEC, NEPA, EC, 54, ISO Standards and International Codes.
• Proficient in both Imperial & Metric Units
• Good communication skills
