Role Overview:

The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a positive employee experience and supporting the growth of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for various departments.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.
  • HR Operations: Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, managing payroll data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance review process, track employee progress, and work on employee appreciation initiatives to enhance productivity.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and upskilling initiatives to ensure team members are well-equipped for their roles.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BBA/MBA/BTech/BSc/MSc in any discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in recruiting & managing engineering talent.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools like HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in various recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with using virtual collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Basic understanding of different engineering disciplines within manufacturing & construction industries.
