Business Development Executives – USA/ Europe

Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical Engineering. MBA / MS is not necessary, but advantage
SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
Must have: ZoomInfo / Apollo/ LinkedIn
Good to have: HubSpot/ Zoho/ Salesforce/ Lusha
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Extensive market research for identifying potential new customers & key decision makers
- Connect & Build relationships with C level Executives like CEO/COO, VP Engineering, Director of Engineering etc to discuss about company services & set up meetings for detailed discussions.
- Experienced candidates (2+ years) must have hands on experience and proven successes in below activities specific to Plant Engineering, BIM, Automation, Asset Management services
- Lead Generation
- Pursuits (Creation of Interest, getting RFQs etc)
- Lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, or social media (LinkedIn)
- Understanding and coordinating client needs or requirements with sales managers, technical team & senior management.
- Follow up with cold prospects to generate new sales opportunities
- Support with developing Proposals, custom presentations, responding to RFIs/RFQs etc.
- Work towards achieving individual targets/ KRAs
- Preparing Weekly/Monthly reports to senior Management
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Must have high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Must be highly Agile and Resourceful
- Must be a constant learner: Be ready to learn about latest technologies, engineering trends etc
- Experienced with MS Office- PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook
- Basic understanding of different engineering aspects, manufacturing & construction industries
